The plate roller combines a series of metal rollers with extreme pressure to form sheet metal into any curve including cone shapes.

SCT is pleased to offer a wide range of plate rolling services. We have two types of rollers at our facility:

 Heller Roller:

• 4 roll double pinch plate roll
• Accommodates up to 100” material, maximum thickness 5/16”
• ¼ x 8’ roll

 Faccin Roller:

• 4 roll double pinch plate roll
• Accommodates up to 157” material, from 20GA to 1/2” thickness.

 Additional information:

• Hot and cold rolling available
• Custom diameter cylinders
